Our rental terms and conditions at The Utama Royale cater to the individual client’s desires and needs. To make the client’s living arrangements more hassle free, our exquisite suites are available from a one month minimum term to one year, with the availability of a month to month lease, a six month lease, or a one year lease. After a one month stay, the suites can even be prorated on a day to day basis to accommodate any particular rental length necessary. Unfurnished suites are available on a long-term basis.
Rental Rates can vary from $8,000 a month to $28,000 a month depending on the lease and suite plan that is decided upon and the season of the year chosen to stay.
Pets under 25 pounds are welcome with pet deposit.
